Mobile Adjustable Height,  Fluoroscopic Shield

Some radiologists that perform procedures at the x-ray table, such as "spot filming", dye injections etc. are concerned about the amount of total radiation they receive. The "Adjustable Height Fluoroscopic Shield" provides full lower body and torso shielding that reduces total exposure while allowing for freedom of movement to palpate. Typical shielding values are 1.5 and 2.0 mm of lead sandwiched between 14G painted steel. Vertical shield adjustment is 12 inches.
